  This business is clearly in financial trouble. They do not honor their agreement to return the cost of an animal if it dies within one year. The excuse to me was the puppy did not have a congenital disease when the fact is the puppy was too weak to survive a simple Giardia infection (for which it had been inoculated by the vet on my behalf). They ignored my calls, reassured me in the beginning, when I told them what had happened that all would be okay, etc. Since I bought my puppy in early February, they have stopped selling animals. I suspect there were more defective animals that they sold. I spent 5K to try to save the puppy and they won't pay the $500 they had promised. Bad business people for animals.
